The oil-fields chemical plant is aiming at the production of different types of chemicals to be used for well drilling operations in the oil and gas fields. The plant capacity is 20,000 ton/year. The plant is located in the A’amreya free zone in Alexandria.

ADEC scope was to carry out the industrial engineering designs and to deliver engineering documents/ drawings for a detailed design package, issuance of Material Requisitions (MRQs and MRPs), as well as to perform tenders’ evaluation and Client’s recommendations.
The design work was covering the following disciplines:
o Piping design and Stress analysis
o Rotating equipment
o Instrumentation & Control
o Control room and switchgear/ Generator room design
o Electrical power distribution and plant lighting systems.
