The client had decided to establish a large service center for the automobiles
retail industry for several international trade names, all are of high sales records
in the Egyptian market. The total built up area of the service center is 4500 m 2 on a
ground level and 3 higher levels.

ADEC scope of work included the full design and periodic construction supervision of the following

 Architectural Design
 Electromechanical works design
